How much will the fit out cost?
Based on the fit out going into a new open plan office, the range of prices will be
- Standard fit out i.e. back of house standard $300.00 - $450.00 per m2
- Medium fit out i.e. middle management with areas of back of house $400.00 - $600.00 per m2
- High quality fit out i.e. top management $600.00 – $1,000.00 per m2
Strip out and make good $75 - $125.00 per m2

What are the normal payment terms?
We normally ask 15% deposit with the remaining 85% invoiced on a fortnightly or monthly basis with payment within 14 days.
