Through construction management we provide leadership to the owner, architects and engineers with information and recommendations on construction economies and technology from the earliest stages of conceptual planning through office fit out and fit out completion.
We understand that risks, budget, program, design, communication, quality of works must all be managed effectively and our team of experienced construction professionals have the ability to deliver.
We direct onsite activities, maintain a fiduciary relationship with the client, serve as the business administrator and advise the client on all costs, systems and methods. Depending on office fit out's needs, we can work as a construction manager at risk or under an agency construction management agreement.
